In many respects, foundations are a special, unique form of organisation. Ignorance of regulations can lead to incorrect decisions and sometimes also to liability for damages. We are regularly engaged to handle all possible matters relating to foundations, from their formation onwards. When a foundation has been formed, issues arise from time to time, for example adaptation of the object, permutation in other respects, types of contribution, conditions for retaining tax benefits and board responsibility.
