It is incredibly stimulating to find flexible new solutions to conflicts and impasses. My greatest contribution in achieving this largely involves guiding both you, our client, and your opposite party towards new approaches in a negotiating situation.

My role at Sigeman & Co focuses above all on commercial contract law, construction contract law and environment and permit law. I focus mainly on Swedish and international construction projects, many in the energy sector, and I am regularly engaged to provide advice on commercial law matters. I have extensive experience of drafting and negotiating contracts in both Swedish and English.

I joined Sigeman & Co in 1999 and the Swedish Bar Association in 2002. I have been a partner of the firm since 2013.
