At Sigeman & Co my daily work involves general business law with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. I am regularly consulted for business law issues and have a broad experience of negotiating and writing agreements in both Swedish and English.

In addition to providing advice as a lawyer, I regularly hold lectures and seminars in my expertise areas, partly for clients but also externally through various partners. Over the years I have had several assignments for the Swedish Bar Association, such as member of the Disciplinary Board, course leader in legal ethics and examiner for the bar exam.
